Shipping timelines vary depending on the product:
• Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 5–7 working days
• Pre-order items require approximately 4–6 weeks before dispatch

Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is received in a damaged condition. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with relevant proof.
