Refund Policy

At our studio, every piece is handmade in small batches with time, care, and intention. Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is received in a damaged condition.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and its packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or a suitable resolution.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in cases where:
• The product is confirmed to be damaged upon arrival, and
• A replacement is not possible

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
